Planning an office fit-out
Most commercial fit-outs need an approval before work starts — either a complying development certificate (CDC) where the work meets the standard criteria, or a development application (DA) to council. We confirm the approval pathway early, along with building code, fire safety and accessibility requirements.
Commercial buildings usually have their own rules for contractor access, working hours and services shutdowns. We work with building management from day one so the program holds.
